Valerio Bassan is an Italian journalist, author and researcher. He's member of the Online News Organization (Ona) and coordinator of Newslab, the Italian observatory on the future of information, based at the Università Cattolica's Journalism School (Milan, Italy). In Berlin, he founded Il Mitte, an online newspaper for Italians living in the German capital. He wrote "Tutta un'altra notizia" (Goware, 2013) and curated the Italian edition of Jeff Jarvis' "Gutenberg il geek"
