Damian Radcliffe is the Carolyn S. Chambers Professor in Journalism and a Professor of Practice at the University of Oregon. He has produced an annual report on social media in the Middle East since 2012 and has written a monthly column on technology in the region for ZDNet since 2013. Alongside holding the Chambers Chair, Damian is also a Fellow of the Tow Center for Digital Journalism at Columbia University, an Honorary Research Fellow at Cardiff University’s School of Journalism, Media and Culture Studies, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA). He aims to work in the Middle East as a journalist after he has graduated.
