Adam Szynol is a senior lecturer in the Institute of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Wroclaw. His main research field is the regional daily press in Poland. He is also interested in local media and transnational trends such as globalisation, digitalisation and defragmentation and the effect these have on the media and the journalistic profession.
