Dr David Levy is the Director of the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford. He has served as a member of the French Parliamentary Commission, reviewing the future of France Télévisions. He was a Visiting Professor at Sciences Po in Paris from April to June 2012 and was previously a visitor to the Centre for Global
Communications Studies at the Annenberg School of Communications, University of Pennsylvania.
