Pauliina Siniauer is a freelance journalist and a trainer from Finland. She researched food journalism during a European Journalism Fellowship programme at the Freie Universität Berlin 2014-15. She is currently teaching in Europe's first food journalism study programme, at the Haaga Helia University of Applied Sciences. She'll be continuing her studies with food journalism this fall in New York.
