Álex Costa holds a PhD in Journalism from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He currently has a postdoctoral contract at the Facultad de Ciencias de la Información, specifically in the Departamento de Periodismo y Nuevos Medios, where he carries out both research and teaching activities. He is the author of the book “Viral: Journalism in the Age of Millennials” and is currently involved in several European research projects (Green Artivism, Information Traceability, etc.). Previously, he worked as a journalist at LaSexta, Ondacero, and the communications consultancy Estudio de Comunicación.
