Dr. Andra Seceleanu
Andra Seceleanu received her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the Andrei Saguna University of Constanta, and her PhD in philosophy from Alexandru Ioan Cuza at the University of Iasi. She is an Associate Professor, and Vice Director for Quality Assurance and Educational Programs at Andrei Șaguna University of Constanta.
As director of Erasmus studies and manager for quality in education at the Andrei Saguna, Seceleanu also coordinates vocational training programs in Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Turkey. In addition, Seceleanu is the author of several books and scientific articles regarding communication and in 2011 she represented Romania as part of a 16-country European research study titled, “Comparative Content Analysis of Media Coverage from the EU Election.”
